| Notes | Maple River 2W of Hope ND. Channel upstream to Finley is largely open flow with patches of bank ice and snow. Local ditches are mix of snow and broken through flow, with little to no additional snowpack remaining. Frost probe at 3-5 inches thawed in tilled fields, an inch in grass. |
