| Notes | 3/17/22- Elm River: mostly snow/ice, some water collecting on ice. Plenty of standing water in nearby ditches and fields. Ditches around 30-70% full, quite variable in capacity. Nearby snow coverage around 25% or less. Noticeably less snow and more water since morning observation. |
