| Notes | 3/17/22- Sheyenne River: channel ice with water collecting at the edges. Ice maybe be starting to swell. Plenty of standing water in nearby ditches and fields. Ditches around 30-70% full, quite variable in capacity. Nearby snow coverage around 25% or less. Noticeably less snow and more water since morning observation. |
