| Notes | Turtle River at 28th Ave NE bridge in Manvel looking south. River height estimated almost 3-4 feet to bridge. Heaving ice present throughout river. Water in several yards within the town, almost to buidlings. Talked with resident, said the water rose very quickly over past few days. |
